Private Sessions

One-on-One Instruction

If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 yoga instruction might be the right step for you!

We’ll begin with a 30-minute virtual consultation to discuss your needs and I’ll start to develop sequences, guided meditations and whatever else I think would work for you right then and there.

Then we will schedule our first 60-minute session, which will be at Vision House - a multipurpose community space in Downtown Columbia.

Private sessions begin at $75 per 60-minute session.

Discounts provided for booking multiple sessions upfront.

corporate Sessions

I worked in corporate offices for over 10 years in various finance roles, and managed teams for half of that time. I know firsthand how important it is to invest in your team’s well-being, including physical and mental health.

What started as a few poses and a short meditation at our desks during weekly check-ins, quickly became yoga sessions for the company - offered as part of our company wide health initiative.

Let’s discuss how I can help your employees stay grounded and de-stress, so they can bring their best selves to work.

Can be done virtually, or in-person at your location within the Midlands of South Carolina.

Class lengths can be 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Hourly rate begins at $150 / hour for Virtual; $200 / hour for in-person; Minimum rate is $50

Discounts provided for booking multiple sessions upfront.

“learning to be present with yourself and to abide in that which is steady and comfortable does not allow space for self-judgement. When you live this way, you are practicing yoga; you are living fully.”
